✍️1. Service Title

Be clear, specific, and service-focused

Use keywords that describe what you do

5. Variant Questions

Start by creating questions that influence the scope or cost of your service. These will guide your customers through customizing their order.

Examples: How many rooms need cleaning?

  (Studio- 1 Room-2 Rooms-3 Rooms)

 How many team members do you require?

(One Maid -  Two Maids - Three Maids)

 You can add as many questions as needed to reflect different service variables — such as equipment use, project duration, or special requirements.

 📌 Tip: Use clear, easy-to-understand language for both questions and answer choices.

6. Variant Prices

Once your options are defined, assign a price for each valid combination. This lets your pricing automatically adjust based on customer selections.

Examples:

    Studio / One Maid – AED 100

    Studio / Two Maids – AED 130

    2 Rooms / One Maid – AED 200

If a particular combination doesn’t apply to your service, simply remove it by clicking the X during setup. It won’t appear to customers.

    📌 Tip: Be consistent with your pricing logic and ensure all visible combinations are viable for you to deliver.

7. Add-On Services (Optional)

For example, if your main service is deep cleaning, offer deep carpet cleaning as an add-on.

Then, choose a relevant sub-category (e.g., Nails, Skin Care, Interior Design)

✅ Choosing the correct category improves your service’s visibility in search results and allows it to appear as a suggested option when users browse or book related services — significantly increasing your chances of getting booked.

📆 11. Schedule

Set up when and how customers can book your service.

Note: Your schedule is initially set when you create your account. To edit it, click Select Schedule in the setup section.

Here’s what you can configure:

Preset Schedule: Choose a predefined schedule that fits your service

Allow Multiple Orders per Time Slot:

Enable if you can handle more than one customer at the same time

Disable if each time slot should be exclusive to one client

Booking Range: Set how far in advance customers can book Example: A range of “14” means users can book from today up to 14 days ahead

Allow Same-Day Bookings: Let clients book same-day services — great for urgent or flexible needs Example: If today is Monday and this is enabled, a customer can book your service for today

Same-Day Booking Charge (Optional – depends on your subscription plan):If enabled, you can charge an extra fee for urgent same-day bookings

📍 12. Service Cities

Select all the cities or areas where you provide the service

✅ You can choose multiple cities

This helps customers find local services faster and improves your visibility in local searches.



📝 13. Request Quotation (Optional but Highly Recommended)

This feature allows potential customers to request customized services beyond your listed packages — ideal for tailored jobs, special requests, or large projectsblog-helpme

Why enable “Request Quotation”?

Customers can share specific needs

You can respond with a personalized offer and price

It increases your chances of getting more bookings and higher-value projects

How to activate: During service setup, simply toggle “Request Quotation” to ON

📌 Note: This feature may vary depending on your subscription plan.

📌 Service Charge: A fixed fee applies for each quotation request you receive, based on your selected plan.You can view the applicable charge in the “Leads” section of your subscription plan details.

📤14. Final Step: Save and Submit Your Listing

Once you’ve filled out all the required details, you’ll have the following options:

Submit for Review: Send your service for approval and publishing⏳ The review process typically takes 1–24 hours

Save and Complete Later: Save your progress and return later

Exit Without Saving: Leave without saving — nothing will be submitted

✅ Once approved, your service will:

Be visible on your public profile

Appear to customers browsing the platform

Show up in search results when users enter keywords that match your service

💳 Important Note: A platform fee will be applied to each booked service, including a commission percentage and payment gateway processing fees, based on your subscription plan.
